Description Manuals

These springs are the perfect compliment to the LC3 and LC500 load cell bringing the pedals into balance. These springs will stiffen up the gas and clutch pedals with one being stiffer than the other for a proper pedal feel. Easily installs in place of the stock springs. Fits the Thrustmaster T3PA and T3PA-PRO pedals. Not to be used with other pedal sets.

Please Note: Over the years there have been variations in the internal dimensions of the T3PA (non-PRO) pedals. The springs may require some tweaking to get them to fit properly depending on when your pedals were manufactured. These modifications could involve spreading the final coil on one end of the spring to fit around the mounting point and/or may require cutting one coil of the spring. These are simple modifications and allows us to provide one set of springs that will fit all variations of the pedals.

5 of 5 Improved pedal feel October 22, 2020
Reviewer: David L from Frisco, TX United States
Just adding a bit more pedal resistance does help in gauging pedal position to improve throttle and clutch response!

5 of 5 Never fitting this thing again... October 7, 2020
Reviewer: Saahil Dossani from London, United Kingdom
Flaming Nora this thing took a lot of effort to fit. It's not difficult, just requires some actual effort with the stiffer spring to put it all back together again. Once fitted though the extra tension on the accelerator pedal and the extra effort required to push it has really helped with modulating the throttle pedal.

I didn't bother fitting the clutch one, didn't see the benefit, but you may even like to use the stiffer clutch spring in the accelerator for even more "feel".

2 of 5 Clutch spring needs work, works well otherwise September 14, 2020
Reviewer: Tim from Plymouth, WI
The throttle spring is mint, drops right in and feels good. Clutch spring doesn't fit over the factory plastic nubs on the base and pedal arm so some work is needed. You can either reduce the O.D. of the plastic nubs or increase the I.D. of the spring. I used a grinding stone on a dremel to clearance the inside of the spring. You'd think a $10 spring would just fit but oh well.

4 of 5 Solid upgrade September 7, 2020
Reviewer: Andria Giffen from Culver City, CA United States
If you're wondering what these will feel like pressure wise it makes your gas pedal feel about as heavy as the stock clutch pedal and it makes the clutch pedal substantially stiffer. Having inverted my pedals I essentially had the upgraded throttle pedal already and didn't notice a huge difference in my input when I upgraded. That being said the upgraded clutch pedal was a nice change because every time I'd clutch kick there was no feedback and now it's super stiff and more realistic feeling. Hard to beat for 20 bucks I'd check this out before the RC shock solutions. Installation took an extra set of hands so be prepared for that.
