Our Tactile-Feedback sequential shift mod plate adds a "Click-Clack" feeling to the shifter lever. Designed to replicate the ratcheting mechanism felt when shifting a sequential shift transmission. In addition, it shortens the throw by 10%. This mod transforms the feeling of your shifter which can only be described as "manly". Solid mounting of your shifter is required for best results.

Our kit doesn't just make the shift gates shorter. Instead it changes the geometry of the shifter to reduce the length of the shift. No other device on the market does what this kit achieves. This Thrustmaster sequential mod plate is compatible with PC, PlayStation and Xbox when used with supported wheels and games.

Great but too strong...

Imho the spring is faaar too strong. My kids couldn't sleep anymore while i was shifiting :). Replaced the spring with a weaker one and bang... works like a charm! Ricmotech could put another spring as an option to the package that would be great.

Easy to install. Adds the feeling of putting the car into gear nicely. I do recommend using a little WD40 on the spring and a little grease on the shaft. Straight out of the box it was entirely to stiff for me. Required a great deal of force to shift. After the grease and WD40 it become much softer while still retaining the feeling of putting the car into gear.

It makes the TH8A a better shifter !!!

A good and solid product. The price is spot on for the quality of the mod. The resistance when shifting up and down is well balanced and the *clonk* sound is nice and soft. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will definetely recommend it to others. If it were made of 100% metal i would give it the 6th star :)

Im really satisfied with the thrustmaster th8a sequential shifter mod from Ricmotech, nice mechanical feel. I've been using this mod for a couple of weeks, and i haven't had any problems what so ever, no bad tension to the rod, just smooth clicks from day one. If you haven't got one, you probably should get one. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me. Thank you to Barry Rowland at Sim Racing Garage for great reviews on sim racing products and for convincing me to buy this mod :)

Sequential Shifter plate/mod is excellent

I purchased this after buying a different brand that didn't measure up to my expectation. This Ricmotech piece for the thrustmaster shifter is very well designed and buildt. Wondered why it was so expensive in comparison. After installation and using it for several weeks. It's AWESOME ??
