What can i do to improve the Logitech G27 shifter?

The Logitech shifter can have a cheap plastic feel to it. There are ways to improve it. We have made a video tutorial on how to improve the shift feel of the Logitech G27 shifter. This tip also applies to the G29 and G920 Driving Force Shifter.
