Well worth the wait

I had ordered my wheel right as they ran out of stock. With the pandemic, and these wheels being shipped from China, i had to wait a better part of two months for this wheel. To no fault of Ricmotech. Although the wait was painful, these guys kept me informed throughout my wait, and were pleasant to speak with both on the phone and through email. The wheel has arrived, took 90 seconds to install, and is a total game changer. I love it!

Perfect wheel, great support

The first thing I'll say, is that upon purchase of this wheel, Ricmotech sent me an email with a reminder and instructions on updating the drivers of my T300 servo base. Without that email, I would have had to troubleshoot why the buttons on the R383 weren't mapping correctly, out of the box, with my old T300 firmware and drivers. Very grateful to the thoughtful team at Ricmotech for doing the thinking for me. The wheel itself is incredible. The size, the feel of the material, the small hat switch with push-button functionality, and the placement of the buttons is top of the line. I use it for iRacing rallycross, and oval racing, but it is spectacular at GT class and sportcar racing as well, on DiRT Rally and Project Cars as well.

I have had nothing but good interactions with the folks at Richmotech. The only complaint I have is they offer too many things on my want list and I don't have that much spare money. LoL Thanks y'all for another great interaction.

Nice Wheel

Wheel is great! Arrived a little later than expected, was out of stock but wasn't updated on the page. Other than that great wheel fun to use, made Dirt rally that much better in VR.
