Refusing to answer emails...

Won't answer emails on why there still out of stock and have been for 4 months and no way to help me get the wheel just to wait? I'm already overpaying the least they could do is get the wheel to me this is not ok at all!

Amazing wheel and even better service!

I ordered this wheel recently, they made sure the wheel was updated and shipped it the same exact day. It worked right out the box and itâ€™s really sturdy. Great service and a great wheel. Win win!

great first wheel

The Ricmotech customer service is great! They answered all of the questions I had and the shipping itself was quick. The wheel feels good quality and the force feedback is pretty smooth. I only hear the motor if I wrench the wheel all the way around hard.
